yah, i know it's weird. i bought blue cheese last week, just to try it out. i opened the sticky cellophane and inhaled. it was disgusting. so i put a piece on a cracker. ok, that's pretty good. and then i went nuts. on apples, on toast, on fresh hot rye bread, on hot naan bread....i'm hooked.
i bought another today.
how do i manage being lactose intolerant?
it's worth it baby.

I love blue cheese! Yummy! And my 9yo DD takes it to school on water crackers, the other kids all tell her how yuck it is and she's eating mold!!! LOL! Sorry about the lactose intolerance, that must make it difficult.
I had oka cheese tonight for the first time... much milder than bleu (spelled such as I am in la belle province). I had said cheese with tarte tatin. Yummy. Ah... and in a house built in 1674!
ok braggart.
you know, the cheese..um. roquefort maybe? apparently it is grown in a specific cave in france. i read the history on it. very fascinating. however, a 3$ piece i normally get would be 15$. maybe for a treat one day. when i go to a house built in 1674. wait a minute. wasn't Bee's house built then? maybe i'll eat cheese at her place.
